I. DEFINITIONS

  1. Administrator - MANUSCRIPTUM limited liability company with its seat in Warsaw, ul.   2. Cookies - IT data, small text files, saved by websites that you visit and stored on the Devices through which you use the Administrator's website. The information contained in cookies is necessary for the website to function properly, and these files are encrypted, which prevents the sharing of files by unauthorized persons. The information collected in cookies can be read by the Administrator and his contractors (for technical reasons).

  3. Device - an electronic device through which you gain access to the Administrator's website.

II. USE OF COOKIES

  1. The administrator uses cookies via the website.

  2. Information collected on the basis of cookies is used for the purpose of proper optimization of the website, as well as for statistical and advertising purposes.

  3. Cookies record the activity of the website User by recognizing the Device, thanks to which the website is displayed in a manner optimized to the individual preferences of the User.

  4. The solutions used on the website are safe for Users' Devices using the Administrator's website. It is not possible for dangerous or malicious software to enter Users' Devices.

  5. The administrator uses two types of cookies:

    1. Session cookies: these are files that are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they leave the website or finish turning off the web browser. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The session cookies mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.

    2. Permanent cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Files of this type remain on the user's device for the time specified in the file parameters or until they are manually deleted by the user. Ending the browser session or turning off the Device does not delete them from the Device. The permanent cookies mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.

    3. Third-party cookies: this is information from external servers, e.g. advertising, navigation service providers (maps or search engines). These types of files allow you to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising activities and design activities related to it, in accordance with the user's preferences.

  6. Cookies are divided into basic and marketing (criterion: the purpose of using cookies):

    1. Basic cookies - installed after the consent of the user through the settings of the software installed on the device. Basic cookies include:

      1. Technical cookies - files necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the website, including: ensuring the correct display of the website depending on the device used by the user or the settings of this device; adaptation of the content on the website, having technical significance for the operation of the website (e.g. language of the website); remember whether the user has consented to display certain content;

      2. Analytical cookies - files necessary to measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities without identifying users' personal data and to improve the functioning of our website, including: researching statistics on website traffic and verifying the source of traffic (so-called redirection directions) ; detection of abuses in website traffic (e.g. artificial Internet traffic - bots); measuring the effectiveness of actions carried out for the Administrator, e.g. in the Google advertising network, on external websites;

    2. Marketing cookies - files installed only with the consent of the user. Through these files, we profile advertisements displayed on the Administrator's website, as well as on external websites, according to the data held by the Administrator, including user behavior on the website. vof the Administrator. III. PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIES ARE USED

  1. The Administrator uses Administrator's Cookies (own) for the following purposes:

    1. Website configuration, including:

      1. aadjusting the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website pages.

      2. recognizing the Website User's device and its location and properly displaying the website, tailored to his individual needs;

      3. remembering the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes,

      4. remembering the history of visited pages on the Website in order to recommend content,

      5. font size, website appearance.

    2. Authenticating the User on the Website and ensuring the User's session on the Website, including:

      1. maintaining the Website User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website,

      2. correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, allowing in particular verification of the authenticity of the browser session,

      3.  optimizing and increasing the efficiency of services provided by the Administrator.

    3. Implementation of processes necessary for the full functionality of websites, including:

      1. adjusting the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website pages. In particular, these files allow to recognize the basic parameters of the User's Device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs,

      2. correct operation of the partner program, enabling in particular verification of the sources of Users' redirects to the Website's websites.

    4. Remembering the User's location, including the correct configuration of selected Website functions, enabling in particular the adjustment of the information provided to the User, taking into account his location.

    5. Analysis and research as well as audience audit, including the creation of anonymous statistics that help to understand how the Website Users use the Website's pages, which allows improving their structure and content.

    6. Provision of advertising services, including adaptation of advertisements for services and products of third parties presented via the Website.

    7. Ensuring the safety and reliability of the Website.

  2. The Administrator uses External Cookies for the following purposes:

    1. collecting general and anonymous static data via analytical tools:

IV. WAYS TO DETERMINE THE CONDITIONS OF STORAGE OR ACCESSING COOKIES

  1. The User has the option to limit or disable the access of Cookies to his Device. If this option is used, the use of the Administrator's website will be possible, except for functions which, by their nature, require cookies.

  2. The User may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the User's Device by Cookies.

  3. Changes to the settings referred to above can be made by the User using the web browser settings. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about their every posting on the Device. Detailed information about the possibility and methods of handling cookies are available in the software (web browser) settings.

  4. The user may at any time delete cookies using the functions available in the web browser he uses.

  5. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Administrator's website.
